Domenic Tedesco – Managing Director
Domenic established Powerwall in 1992, throughout the lifetime of the business he has been the main driving force of the business responsible for building a successful team which has allowed the business to developing a range of External Insulation Systems now known within the industry as Powerwall Systems. During this time the business further developed other products such as the Powerwall Lightweight Walling System together with various additional rendering products. The business has through his leadership attained sustainable growth acquired and developed a business which is based in Udine Northern Italy where Powerwall manufacture their patented Honeycomb wall panel; this honeycomb panel is sold throughout Europe for various applications within the construction industry and is an integral part of the Powerwall patented External walling System. Domenic has been the main driving force behind the Volumetric Space frame System which has evolved from our initial concept developed in the early 1990’s, Domenic and his board of directors see this as do many others as the way forward for the construction industry in the near future.

Robert McLarrie MCMI – Construction Director
An adaptable director with a wide range of experience in a variety of environments including construction, civil engineering, facilities management, social housing & cyclical maintenance. I am currently engaged as Construction Director with full Operational and Commercial responsibility for the Safe and profitable execution of a range of works within the Volumetric side of the Powerwall Systems Business, which can be used for a variety of situations within the construction industry from New Build and Extension Projects to, Housing, Schools, Hospitals, Major Refurbishments, etc. A respected people leader, with the ability to organise and develop new and existing teams in order to maximise their potential in the pursuit of individual and team goals.

Helen Hoey – Operations Director
Joining Powerwall ten years ago with a wealth of ‘customer service’ experience from a wide variety of private business, Helen has made the very significant progression from credit controller to become a ‘share owning’ Operations Director in one of the countries toughest industries.
Helens achievements for the company and her own personal progression demonstrate her unique qualities and values of determination, integrity and compassion for the workforce. Her professional conduct and achievements are balanced by her ability to embrace each and every employee who is either in need of help or is in need of development.
The unique mixture of talents evidenced over ten years of creating a committed workforce, of understanding every role and process of the company and working with integrity means that Helen as the operations director ensures that you, as the customer, receives the best that Powerwall can deliver.

Joe Pacitti – Global Sales Director – Volumetric Systems
With over 25+ years’ experience in both public and private sectors Joe has joined Powerwall to grow our international footprint through development of our licensee partnership model.
Originally a Mechanical & Production Engineer by training he worked in high technology sectors such as Automotive, Aerospace Textile Equipment and Electronics. He worked in both in technical and commercial roles with a number of Blue Chip international companies. Joe’s sales and marketing responsibilities covered Europe, North America, South America, Asia and Australia/New Zealand.
He has also had international experience working in the area of economic development, assisting overseas companies to locate in Scotland, expand their existing operations and develop new products. This work involved support in locational searches, infrastructure development, supply chain development and skills and labour support issues.
He has been chief executive of a Science/Innovation Park , where he was responsible for managing and developing services to support the existing tenant base and attract new companies onto the Park. He also developed and led a Scottish Government and European funded innovation programme to support SMEs, Academia and Multinationals to collaborate in order to develop new products and services and launch these into the market.
He has also worked as a consultant supporting both public and private sector clients where he worked on the development of innovative business models across a wide range of sectors and themes such as Renewable Energy, Cleantech Low Carbon Construction, incubation models , technology parks as well as wider regeneration and place-making projects.
