Powerwall Volumetric Construction

Our company was formed over 30 years ago, and we were the first to develop polymer modified renders.  Over the 30 years we have built a very successful business in the manufacture and supply of External insulation, Render and Infill Walling Systems.
We started to develop the Volumetric Space Frame System, which is a structural steel frame, locked together by our “patented” connector system.  The space frames are manufactured on our “Patented” rotating jigs allowing the easy and accurate construction of the structural steel frame.  We have also developed and “patented” 2 lightweight walling systems to infill our structural space frames.
Our company has had an extensive research and development programme for the last 20 years and has introduced a number of innovative products, currently being used within the building industry. e.g. – Honeycomb Panel (which is manufactured in our factory in Udine, Italy) for the use of Volumetric Space Frame and on Timber Kit housing where it replaces the external brick or block wall.
The development of such technology which allows us to develop sustainable buildings has allowed our company to expand its market place globally, on the sale of licensing our technology.
As part of its portfolio, which includes hotels, schools, housing and commercial buildings we have now developed “Affordable, High quality homes”, surpassing all the “current legislative standards”.  Our process allows for modern methods of construction through production line processes within a factory environment.
The company’s commitment to research & development has been the secret of its success and the prestigious partners such as Napier University, Edinburgh University, Salford University, BRE and BBA has been invaluable .
