Quality Assurance
The highest standards of quality assurance are achieved at Powerwall
from manufacture through to site level. All products are manufactured
to ISO 9002 and are assured with a 12 -30 year insurance-backed
guarantee both for materials and labour.
A strict quality control system is in place for materials, labour,
site supervision and reporting, assuring the systems are installed
to the highest standards of workmanship in accordance with the Project
Technical Specification.
Production Facilities
Powder Plant (UK)
Powerwall's powder plant is a fully automated and computerised
modern batching plant. A large running stock of standard products
is available at any time in a 25,000 square foot storage area.
Hi-tech Coatings Plant (UK)
Powerwall’s coatings plant is a state of the art, fully computerised
tinting plant which produces a wide range of textured coatings
and paint finishes in excess of 190 standard colours. Three fully
automated manufacturing lines provide Powerwall with a product
and service capability that is second to none and are all quality
controlled to ISO 9002 standards and the BBA.
Aggregates Plant (UK)
Designed Aggregates fully automated and computerised aggregates
plant is one of the most modern plants in Europe, where ferrous
metal impurities and unwanted fines are removed. The aggregates
are computer blended and high pressure washed to ensure the highest
quality products.
Honeycomb Plant (Italy)
Powerwall’s hi-tech aluminium honeycomb production plant
produces a cellular honeycomb structure. This structure is used
in the automated panel production line, which can produce panels
with a variety of skins and finishes. The finished panels are extremely
lightweight and structural.
